- All pricing is exclusive of VAT and is a monthly unit cost

- The undersigned hereby accepts and initial term of 12 months for services subscribed

- Pricing subject to annual CPI based increase following expiry of initial term

- Monthly invoicing will be determined based on actual usage

- 60-day cancellation notice applicable after the expiry of the initial 12-month term

- Annual invoicing available on request and will attract a 5% discount for the customer

- Judy security, Redstor and RedflagMSP standard usage terms and conditions apply

- Remote assisted installation included.

- M365 or GSuite subscription required for cloud backup, not included.

- The undersigned hereby consents to the collection of data for the purposes of security monitoring and response.
